I think it was a good level of service. As a waiting point, it would be good tonhave Wi-Fi available. If there is, it was not communicated to me.

My car had to remain at the garage from Fri to Sat for parts arrival. I was not updated on the Sat that it needed to remain there until the Mon. A quick update call would have good but your staff did apologise when I was called on the Mon.

The reception staff made getting an appointment very straightforward and followed up with timely reminders of rhe date. They were responsive to my request that i could collect the car by a certain time. I appreciated the feedback afterwards.
